(Continuation of Accounting and Budgeting for Non-Accounting Managers I) This course is an introduction to managerial and financial accounting, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, internal controls, fraud and embezzlement, payroll, and income tax considerations; as well as purpose and structure of budgets, financial analysis for operating and capital budgets, and alignment of company plans and goals with company and departmental budgets.
