PROED 100 - Accounting and Budgeting for Non-Accounting Managers I

This course is an introduction to managerial and financial accounting, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, internal controls, fraud and embezzlement, payroll, and income tax considerations; as well as purpose and structure of budgets, financial analysis for operating and capital budgets, and alignment of company plans and goals with company and departmental budgets.
