LLREC 693 - Hike the Uintas: A Musical Experience

Combine two aesthetic highs-wonderful scenery and great music. Enjoy an all-day hike in the Uinta mountains, starting at the head of Weber canyon. The hike is moderate, with time to relax and enjoy the scenery. You will listen to music selected to enhance your experience. Bring a cassette player, headphones, day pack, and lunch. We'll provide transportation from SLC or Park City (you'll be notified as to the meeting place and time), music, and information about the compositions and composers. Granger is the Utah district director of the Metropolitan Opera and an adjunct professor in the U's music department.
