SP ED 6800 - Student Teaching: Hearing Impairments (Birth-5)

Student Teaching must either be concurrent or following the completion of the Special Education Early Childhood certification program. Students are assigned a practicum setting with students 0-5 who have hearing impairments for 8 weeks under direct supervision of a cooperating teacher for a total 200-250 hours. Students will demonstrate sufficient expertise in teaching children birth-5 with hearing impairments to be qualified for employment.
