SP ED 5442 - Nemeth Braille Codes and Technology

Students will learn to transcribe print math symbols into appropriate formats using the Nemeth Braille Code of Math. Students will also learn computation skills using adapted Abacus for basic math operations. Students will explore braille music, foreign language braille, computer braille and Grade 3 braille. Literary braille will also be emphasized in more extended writing projects.
