We'll also cover roues, stocks for both meat and fish, and sauces as well as the essential tools and appliances for every cook. Greg was the lead saute chef at Wolfgang Puck's ("chef for the stars") in Woodland Hills, California, and is the owner of Bottled Treasures, a specialty oil and vinegar shop in Salt Lake.
