LAW 7003 - Conflict of Laws

Traditional practices and modern approaches to choice of law in the areas of torts, contracts, family relations, workmen's compensation and property are emphasized. Also considered are the influence of the federal constitution in connection with choice of law, judicial jurisdiction, foreign judgments and conflicts between the federal and state courts.
