ESS 2500 - Exploration of the Movement Sciences

Designed to introduce the prospective ESS major to the plethora of ideas, issues, and career opportunities that span the movement sciences spectrum. The use of technology will underscore the student's experience as students are guided toward an understanding of themselves and others as physically active individuals. Development of personal fitness plans, individual fitness assessment, as well as information concerning the historical development of each of the sub disciplines in the movement sciences will be addressed.
