Description
Especially since the beginning of the 20th Century, American photographers have led the way toward keeping us informed during times of crisis and domestic and international events. In this class, we will have an opportunity to explore the vast talent and influence of six men and women who have shaped our understanding of the world around us. We will look at works by Margaret Bourke-White, Dorothea Lange, Diane Arbus, Ansel Adams, Gordon Parks, and Walker Evans.
