OSHER 14 - Great Decisions

Great Decisions, put together by the national Foreign Policy Association (FPA), is America's largest discussion program on world affairs. Each year in November, a panel of experts from the organization picks the eight discussion topics for the following year. We will read a chapter from their current Great Decisions Briefing Book ahead of class, watch a 20-30 minute video provided by them at the beginning of class, and then have a robust discussion about the critical global issue at hand. Some sessions may have guest speakers.
