LAW 6460 - Family Law for MLS

MLS Only: This course will offer a survey of family law, covering topics including the definition of family, constitutional limitations on the regulation of the family, marriage (formal and informal), limitations on marriage, divorce, the parent-child relationship, parenting time and custody issues, alimony (spousal maintenance), property distribution upon divorce, child support, dispute resolution systems, and domestic violence.
