Description
In this course, students will write a narrative literature review that summarizes the available knowledge on a topic, synthesizes multiple points of view and approaches, and identifies where and how new research may advance our current understanding. The semester will follow the process of writing a review from conceptualization to completion: we will first establish a research question and the aims of the review before planning and iteratively refining a search of two peer-reviewed databases, screening sources for relevance, creating a literature matrix, and finally drafting and revising the review.
