PCTH 7700 - PhD in Pharmacotherapy Outcomes Research and Health Policy Internship

Selected topics in pharmacy. Summer course only. This course provides practical experience in conducting health economics and outcomes research through activities conducted with pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare organizations, professional societies, and healthcare payers and insurers, and various governmental agencies such as state Medicaid or federal Medicare programs. Students will be expected to engage with one or more entities on a full-time basis for a period of 10 weeks or more, depending on the site.
