BMI 6701 - Population & Public Health Informatics

Population and public health informatics is an emerging interdisciplinary field focusing on the use of informatics methods and tools to improve population and public health practice and research. This online course provides an introduction to the field through exposure to core concepts of public health, epidemiology, and informatics, as well as an examination of public health informatics initiatives.
