BMI 6103 - Health Systems Improvement

The course provides an introduction to the healthcare system, its challenges, and its opportunities. The course examines how we in the U.S. are doing in terms of the value of our dollar spent on healthcare, how we are impacting patient well-being and outcomes and how we might use quality improvement tools to better align cost, quality, patient safety, and patient experience.
