Strategic Decision Making is an online five-week elective course during MBAO Session III designed for MBA students eager to create or enhance their strategic analysis and decision-making skills. Throughout this course, students will engage in a comprehensive exploration of four pivotal components of strategic decision-making: 1. Identifying Strategic Problems and Opportunities 2.
