Description
Engaging in reflexive practice is an essential element of higher education leadership. Leaders must effectively integrate their own perspectives and experiences, the perspectives and experiences of additional key stakeholders, and the scholarship of higher education to effectively administer programs in higher education. The purpose of this course is to facilitate intentional reflection on higher education practice and to provide an opportunity for students to connect with each other related to challenges they face in their workplaces.
