PROED 403 - Building Teams of Trust, Collaboration, and Results

Psychological safety is the foundation of effective teamwork and learning. This course explores the four workplace zones that impact team dynamics and provides tools to foster intelligent conversations that lay the groundwork for trust and collaboration. You will learn how to create a safe, high-performing team environment under the direction of an experienced instructor and walk away with tools and skills you can exercise right away. The learning objectives for this course include: 1) recognize and understand the psychological safety zones and their impact on team dynamics; 2) develop skills to foster effective learning environments and intelligent conversations; 3) create an actionable plan to build collaborative, high-performing teams; 4) identify and address barriers to trust and collaboration within a team; 5) implement strategies to sustain a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement.
