Description
This Advanced Integrated Science Course will take a multidisciplinary approach to visualizing and understanding the complexities of the human body. Participants will conduct cadaveric dissections with focus on a particular body region: thorax, abdomen, pelvis and perineum, head and neck and limbs. Accompanying each dissection will be a focused and detailed study of the same region of anatomy using a variety of imaging modalities (x-ray, CT, MRI, US). Classroom related activities will synthesize structure and imaging through a variety of clinical cases. Non-classroom learning activities will include multiple clinics with radiologists.
