Principles and Practices of Dance Therapy This hybrid course will meet in-person in MCD 220 on the following Saturdays: February 1st from 9am to 6pm, March 22nd from 9am to 6pm and April 12th from 9am to 1pm. This course is intended for students who have beginner/fundamental dance proficiency. This class focuses on the knowledge necessary to develop clinical skills in the use of dance/movement therapy. It develops students' theoretical and practical understanding of body awareness, movement response and interaction as they inform a foundational understanding of dance/movement therapy practice.

DANC 1010 - 005 Dance in Culture
This class will meet in PAB to begin each day and move to MCD for the dance portion of the class. This class meets over Spring Break, Monday-Friday, March 10-14. Class meets in person each day from 8am-5pm with a lunch break daily. Additionally this class will meet April 14 from 6-8 pm in MCD 240. Students are required to attend each session in person. In addition to time spent in the classroom, students will also be required to complete additional online lectures, assignments, and exams.
