Description
The ‘Molecular Perspectives on Nutritional Biochemistry’ course is designed to provide practical knowledge of the molecular mechanisms underlying nutrient metabolism and their influence on human health. Students will explore advanced topics such as signaling pathways, metabolic interrelationships, gut microbiomes, and the interplay between genetics and nutrition.
