MHA 6020 - Healthcare Business Intelligence I

This course is a hands-on introduction to Microsoft Excel and its place within the life of a healthcare analyst. The course will provide foundational skills needed to be successful in any analytics role. Students will use Microsoft Excel to analyze, validate, prepare, and visualize data to solve operational healthcare problems. Course topics will include an introduction to Microsoft Excel, data terminology, data preparation and validation, Excel functions, pivot tables, visualizations, and advanced Excel formulas.
