PRT 2207 - Organizational Management and Administration

This course presents students with the systematic principles for managing the human resource components of parks, recreation, and tourism organizations. Students will analyze contemporary issues and practices such as communication, human resources planning and organizing, and employee recruitment, selection, and supervision.
