OSHER 977 - Let's Explore Old World Wine

This three-week course is a deeper dive than the Practical Exploration of the Wine World Course. We will explore the wine regions of the top "Old World" countries with an emphasis on France, Italy, Spain, and Germany. We will have classroom sessions the first two weeks and then will meet at Casot Wine Bar for a comprehensive tasting session the last week. We will analyze different terroir, winemaking styles, and techniques through discussion and tasting. Expand your palate by trying some new things. This course is limited to 16 participants to allow for lots of discussion, questions, and laughs. Come and join us!
