MD ID 7226 - Students as Teachers Pathway 6

The Students as Teachers Pathway 6 will serve as continuation for session content delivered during SaT Pathways 1-5. It will be a longitudinal course that will span the MS4 year, with 2 sessions in the fall and 2 in the spring taking place in the early evening to help accommodate clinical schedules. The course will build on teaching skills incorporated during the preceding pathway sessions, and will focus on more advanced topics in education and navigating a career in medical education, and will culminate in presentations of completed Capstone projects. During the course, participation in a structured teaching elective or the Getting Your Ed in the Game: Student Participation in the MedEdMorphosis Change Initiative elective is strongly encouraged. Based on the preferences of enrolled students, session will be live or via Zoom. Zoom sessions will be recorded for asynchronous availability.
