Description
Meets with OIS 6610. Managerial decisions - regardless of their functional orientation - increasingly leverage quantitative models from the discipline of management science. This course takes a managerial approach to management science by using Microsoft Excel to setup, solve and analyze problems in a wide array of fields such as finance, marketing, operations, information systems, etc. The tools covered may include linear and integer models, critical- path method/project management, risk, insurance, decision trees and simulation.
