Join your instructor -- a seasoned long-distance paddler, kayak guide, and self-proclaimed river rat -- for an introduction to whitewater paddling. You'll learn about the common hazards and obstructions found on moving water and how to avoid them. You'll also study basic safety techniques and what to do if your boat flips out on the water.
