PHS 7070 - Statistics for Clinical Trials

In this course, students will learn about using statistical methods in clinical trials. The course will be split into three sections: classical clinical trial design, clinical trial estimands, and clinical trials through Bayesian adaptive designs. We will use the textbook " Introduction to Statistical Methods for Clinical Trials" written by Thomas D Cook and David L DeMets.
