ED PS 6714 - Comprehension Theory & Instruction

This is a graduate level course in comprehension instruction. The emphasis of this course is on understanding the theoretical foundation and aspects of a complete comprehension instructional program. The course stresses the importance of exemplary reading comprehension instruction based on the most current research in reading comprehension and comprehension instruction.
