LAW 6180 - Legal Methods I

Legal Methods is a two-semester course that teaches students to engage in sophisticated forms of legal analysis and communication. Legal Methods I introduces students to the fundamentals of legal analysis including the interpretation and use of statutes and cases. Students also learn how to structure and present legal analyses, primarily in the form of objective memoranda and other forms of legal communication.
