LAW 7565 - Legal Reasoning and Rhetoric

Legal Reasoning and Rhetoric explores the art of persuasion used by attorneys. Persuading any audience requires understanding--and correctly using--both good substance (reasoning) and good style (rhetoric). This course will explore logical and rhetorical techniques in the law, analyzing examples and practicing the principles underlying them in real-world scenarios.
