Description
This will be an inspirational two-day class to motivate yourself to practice gentle movement for self-healing. You will learn easy, intriguing movement sequences that lead to more pleasure in moving through your life. The key is using embodied self-awareness as a way to learn from the inside rather than from an outside source. Carol brings heart and wisdom to teach you to become aware of movement in ways you might not expect. Everyone is welcome.
