WRTG 6200 - Introduction to the Field

Proseminar-style overview of histories and key concepts/theories in rhetoric and writing studies, including the day-to-day practices of the field. The course will follow the development of composition studies and the ways in which it has transformed. Features guest lectures/class sessions by University Writing Program faculty members and, as available, external faculty members.
