DENT 7621 - Statistical Method for Oral Health Research

This course is an introduction to the basic concepts of biostatistics and epidemiology, with an emphasis on application in dental public health. This will include collection, storage, retrieval, analysis and interpretation of health data, design and analysis of health-related surveys and studies, concepts and practice of statistical data analysis using calculation by hand and with Stata software, and interpretation of calculated findings.
