Description
Students will learn about the areas in Spain which are allowed to produce sparkling wine in the traditional method (Champagne Method). The Spanish grape varieties used and production techniques will be discussed. Cavas from sustainable, organic and biodynamic vineyards will be tasted as we learn about the first family that produced Cava in Spain.
