PHARM 6252 - Integrated Pharmacotherapeutics I

Integrated Pharma I is divided into seven modules, each having specific credit hours: Fundamentals and ADME, Autononmics, Nephrology, Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, Endocrinology and Reproductive/Genitourinary. Following a review of some fundamental concepts in ADME, pharma, clinical toxicology and therapeutics in special populations the autonomic nervous system will be covered from physiological, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology and therapeutics in an integrated way, having the overall objectives of understanding current pharma approaches, and knowing the basic science underpinnings of those approaches, for management of disease conditions.
