PROED 398 - Implicit Bias Training: Structural Racism

The class will address implicit/unconscious bias in our society, and more specifically structural racism. The course will include small group discussions and explore other principles that can work in conjunction with implicit biases, such as explicit biases and structural forces. Finally, we will review actions individuals, organizations and businesses can begin to take to address implicit bias and structural racism.
