OSHER 67 - Intermediate Photography

This class will introduce students to a variety of photographic genres. We will look at street photography, night photography, travel and landscape photography. On a trip or in your home town, how can you SEE something new? When shooting a landscape, what has been done before and where are sites you might like to capture? How can you shoot a portrait that captures the essence of the subject? We'll discuss equipment and techniques and how to achieve high-quality work with low-tech, inexpensive tools. Discussion on post-production computer work (Photoshop tips) will also be covered.
