Description
A how-to course on finding, harvesting, and safely eating wild mushrooms, berries, greens, roots, shoots, seeds, and even animals. Course will cover recommended equipment, strategies, timing, and general locations and habitats of foods found from the West Desert to the Uinta Mountains, and, even downtown Salt Lake City. Many of these foods can be very tasty and nutritious, and the fun and exercise in hunting them can be great, too! Course also includes an informal foray to hunt berries and mushrooms in the Uinta Mountains.
