CECRT 251 - Project Management Essentials Certificate

Designed for those who are CAPM® or PMP ® bound, this certificate course combines foundational project management courses with a PMP exam prep course for a total educational experience. This certificate will provide students with greater understanding about the principles of project management, project team management and project assessment. All courses are offered in an in-person, instructor-led format and align with PMI frameworks. PMI student membership is included in tuition. Complete both programs and receive a Project Management for Professionals Certificate from the University of Utah.
