OSHER 26 - Hiking The Wasatch

This course features short hikes in several of our local canyons. The pace will be slow enough to enjoy the environment, view any wildlife that may be encountered, and socialize with other Osher members. The following hikes are planned: 9/24 Cecret Lake (Alta) 1.7 Mi 0,473 Ft 10/01 Lake Mary (Brighton) 2.0 Mi 0,765 Ft 10/08 Columbus Day (optional hike) 10/15 Willow Lake (Big Cottonwood Canyon) 1.4 Mi 0,586 Ft. 10/22 Twin Lakes (Silver Lake Trailhead) 1.8 Mi 0,759 Ft. 10/29 Catherine Pass (Alta) 2.9 Mi 1,020 Ft Sturdy walking or hiking shoes are recommended, and trekking poles may be helpful. Bring lunch (or a snack), water, a warm jacket or sweater, and rain gear. We beg your pawdon, but no dogs allowed.
