PROEA 104 - Diversity and Inclusion as a Business Imperative

Diversity and inclusion is often a concept discussed under the premise of legal compliance and non-discrimination policies but it is not frequently recognized, additionally, as a business imperative. Diverse teams and inclusive practices can have positive impacts on employee morale, team productivity and an organization's bottom line. This course provides participants with a foundational knowledge of diversity and inclusion as it relates to the workforce and assessments to aid in inclusive strategic action plans. This class is for managers, supervisors, HR representatives and anyone interested in learning how diversity and inclusion can benefit their teams and organizations.
