FA 3100 - Introduction to Arts Administration

This project-based course provides an overview of the structure of non-profit arts organizations. Over the course of the semester, students conceptualize and build a non-profit arts organization from the ground up. Topics of inquiry include, but are not limited to, organizational concepts, mission, organizational structure, budgets and financial planning, marketing, and development (fundraising, grant writing, board relations).
