Description
Bhagavad Gita means the song of God. It is one of the most revered and useful Indian spiritual texts. Mahatma Gandhi read it daily and called it his second mother because of its spiritual guidance. Many of his methods are rooted in the Gita, including his philosophy of nonviolence. In addition to its philosophical teaching, the Gita provides a blueprint for spiritual development based on different practices for different people's personalities. Whatever your religious or spiritual background, a study of the Gita will likely enhance and strengthen your practices.
