Flow is a psychological state where your brain and body work together toward ultimate health and mental well-being. Similar to being "in the zone," this theory of positive psychology is infinitely applicable to your life. Best of all, Flow is something you can easily increase once you know the basic principles. We'll cover the theory, and provide out-of-class exercises for further exploration.
