NURS 7015 - Leadership and Advocacy

In this course, students explore leadership theory and skills for effective advocacy. Utilizing significant self-assessment and personal reflection, emphasis is placed on leadership quality and the processes involved in developing oneself as a leader in health policy, health care delivery, and the academic setting. Leadership theories, concepts, and leadership-based research are incorporated.
