NURS 7604 - PCNP Residency

This is the final clinical course for the primary care nurse practitioner students. In this course the student works with a preceptor to demonstrate mastery of skills required to assess, diagnose and manage episodic and complex acute and chronic health problems. Evolution of knowledge and skills attained through previous practicum rotations and residency results in producing a capable, qualified primary care provider, who will transition into a safe novice independent nurse practitioner.
