Description
Need to persuade your colleagues, boss, customers, or investors? Level up your ability to persuade and influence through writing (tip: in the business world, persuasion happens more often through writing than speech). In this course, you'll gain command of persuasive analysis and design frameworks that apply to both email exchanges and complex business proposals. We will 1) study persuasive psychology theories and tactics, 2) learn and practice the steps to pre-persuasion analysis (Why, Research, Audience, Experience Design), 3) learn frameworks for, and practice writing, both comprehensive persuasive proposals and brief persuasive emails.
