PROEA 640 - Advanced Project Management Certificate

The Advanced Project Management Certificate is our most focused, sophisticated and comprehensive certificate program-it incorporates online, classroom and simulation learning experiences. The program is separated into three sections. The first section begins online with a thorough study of project management fundamentals. Participants then move into the second session with in-class, team-based simulation training that addresses more advanced topics such as project management, leadership and organizational change. The last section of this program is a combination of advanced in-class and online training that provides in-depth instruction on project management processes and knowledge areas. The curriculum is designed to help students receive Project Management certification through a highly respected university program. The Advanced Project Management Certificate courses are aligned with the most current industry standards developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI?); these standards are well documented in PMI's current edition of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). Courses are taught by instructors who hold a PMP certification, have advanced educational credentials, and are PMI Registered Education Providers. As a secondary benefit (outside of the program) participants will be eligible to sit for the PMP or CAPM exams.
