OSHER 917 - Landscape Painting for All Abilities

Focusing on the basics, we will concentrate on value, color, drawing, atmosphere and application of paint, which includes texture and edges. The class will take place inside, so weather will not be a factor. We will use photos as reference material. All students will be encouraged to find their own voices as they learn to paint and appreciate the diverse landscape of Utah. Classes will be small, so each student will get a great deal of individual help and encouragement.This class is suitable for both beginners and more advanced students who want to refine their skills.
